Meet Kamber
Why This Work Exists
In her first career in corporate insurance, Kamber saw the same pattern repeat itself across teams and organizations: talented young leaders leaving, senior leaders frustrated, and complex workplace challenges being dismissed as “generational.” In reality, the issues ran deeper. Expectations were unclear. Decision-making lagged. Leadership models hadn’t evolved – even as the work itself had.
That disconnect is what led Kamber to found Generational Performance Solutions. What began as a simple blog quickly turned into something more meaningful. Starting in 2017, Kamber began interviewing young professionals to understand why they left organizations—and just as importantly, why they stayed. Those conversations expanded to include leaders across industries, positioning Kamber as a trusted bridge between generations navigating very different expectations of work.
Over time, that work moved from written conversations to live ones. Today, Kamber brings those insights to stages around the country, helping leaders move beyond generational assumptions and focus on the real drivers of performance, engagement, and retention. Her work is grounded in data, shaped by firsthand experience, and rooted in one central belief: when leadership systems evolve to meet the realities of modern work, people—and organizations—perform at their best.
